We disagree with this generalization and would like to explain how Vastardis Consulting Engineers, LLC differs from the mainstream. We have over 20 years of site development experience on projects throughout the Delaware Valley. We are able to assist you in the site work aspects of your projects from conceptual design through the permitting process.
Our personal professional experience encompasses residential, commercial and institutional projects. Our residential experience ranges from additions and pool permit plans to town home and high-end estate work on the Main Line. Much of our experience has been involved with institutional and commercial projects ranging from retail centers to office buildings in the Delaware Valley. We have worked on and managed rehabilitation and expansion projects at many of the private schools and colleges along the Main Line.
